Dr Hannah Cullen DPT MCSP HCPC

Hannah is a Chartered and HCPC registered Doctor of Physiotherapy with over 12 years of experience in the health and rehabilitation industry. During her Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation honours degree, she worked with both professional and amateur rugby teams and presented research in parliament, graduating with first class honours. She later advanced her expertise by completing a Doctorate in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Driven by her passion for teaching Pilates, in both group and one-to-one settings, Hannah developed an interest in pelvic health physiotherapy. She now supports ante-natal and post-natal clients in staying mobile and strong, as well as individuals experiencing pelvic pain or pelvic floor dysfunction. She has since completed further specialist training, including becoming a the Mummy MOT Practitioner. As a member of the Mummy MOT Practitioner community, Hannah engages in regular specialist workshops, and she is also a member of the POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy).
Alongside this, Hannah works as a specialist mental health physiotherapist in the NHS, drawing on her understanding of the link between physical and mental health. Combining her expertise in sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy, she is passionate about empowering individuals through education and movement.
Having spent six years building a community through movement classes in Carluke and the surrounding area, and after welcoming her first baby girl in 2025, Hannah felt the time was right to create a dedicated space closer to home. Through her existing clientele and her own pregnancy and postnatal journey, she identified a growing need for specialist services, and is now delighted to create her dream clinic space, and welcoming fellow therapists, bringing together a variety of expert services under one roof.
She now balances building Move with Dr Han Clinic Space and classes and NHS work alongside being a first time mum.

Kimberley Chaplain BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MSc Advanced Practice (Distinction)

Kimberley graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2011 with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She began her career in the NHS as a rotational physiotherapist before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2014. Alongside her NHS role, she worked as Head Physiotherapist for a junior league football team and in a private physiotherapy clinic, treating primarily sporting based patients.
In 2018, Kimberley relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where she spent seven and a half years working in private physiotherapy practice, further developing her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. During this time, she completed training in both matwork and reformer Pilates, which she has since incorporated into her rehabilitation approach to help patients recover strength, movement and confidence.
Kimberley also spent two years working in a specialist upper limb role within a highly regarded hand therapy clinic. This experience allowed her to develop advanced skills in the assessment and treatment of complex hand, wrist and shoulder conditions while working alongside leading orthopaedic and plastic surgeons in Melbourne.
Throughout her career, Kimberley has remained committed to continuing professional development, completing numerous postgraduate courses to enhance her clinical knowledge and skills. She has also presented at an international conference and completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Practice in 2023.
After welcoming her second child in 2025, Kimberley and her family decided to return home to Scotland. She is delighted to be back in her hometown of Carluke and is proud to be part of the team at Move with Dr Han. Kimberley is passionate about helping people overcome pain, recover from injury and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Leah Hannah

Leah is a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor who has been teaching for over four years. She completed her initial training with Studio Pilates International before furthering her education with renowned educators Sian Marshall in London and Michael King in Athens, expanding her expertise through internationally recognised Pilates training.
Passionate about helping clients move with strength, confidence, and ease, Leah specialises in strengthening the pelvic floor and deep core muscles while improving posture, spinal mobility, and overall joint mobility. Her approach combines precise, mindful movement with functional exercise to help clients build stability, reduce discomfort, and move more efficiently in everyday life.
Leah believes that Pilates is for every body and creates supportive, welcoming sessions tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Whether working with beginners, experienced practitioners, or those returning from injury, she is committed to helping her clients build strength, improve movement quality, and enjoy the lasting physical and mental benefits of Pilates.
