“It went really well and I’m not really a person to seek help outside my comfort zone and this really was. Hannah was really good at easing me into it just asking basic questions about me, what I was looking to take from it all and that it can happen to any women! Hannah demonstrated some exercises to me and showed me the right technique. Also discussed how it could be affecting my bladder and to keep a diary of this as well and we can start to retrain my bladder as I do go a lot! Also it’s not just about pelvic floor exercises but also around my hips too. “
